The Greater Nashua region offers a rich mosaic of cultural and arts opportunities. The historic downtown of Nashua and Milford have the distinctive architecture of transformed mill towns.
A vibrant arts community offers many options for those with a taste for the visual and performance arts. A recently renovated mill in Nashua's historic mill yard area has been converted to gallery space by the Nashua Area Artists Association and West Pearl Street is home to Bilancia Gallery and Framing
Nashua has always been a melting pot for new cultures. The City's historic churches reflect the waves of immigration that have added so much to the quality of life here in Greater Nashua. Local markets and restaurants offering ethnic foods and entertainment compliment the landscape in the City's neighborhoods.
The Nashua Symphony and Northern Ballet Theater each offer a full season of performances from musicians and performers with national reputations for excellence. The Spartan's Drum and Bugle Corps., nationally recognized as one of the great drum and bugle corps, celebrated its 50 anniversary in 2005 and hosts a city wide celebration during the July 4th weekend every year. For those hoping to enjoy the nation's pastime, the Nashua Pride Professional Baseball Team plays a full schedule of games at Historic Holman Stadium in Nashua.
