Description
LSS brings together individuals, families, government agencies, and a wide range of secular and faith-based organizations to address some of the most critical needs facing our communities. The Antrim Girls Shelter and School receives girls from all corners of New Hampshire. They find safety, compassion and encouragement to learn and grow. Many come through the juvenile court system because of behavioral problems or abusive and fractured family situations. Some are dealing with substance abuse issues and eating disorders. Some come because they have nowhere else to go. These young ladies find new beginnings. The Antrim Girls Shelter provides a highly structures, short-term, challenging, and supportive environment. They discover themselves and make a new beginning, regain hope, acquire new trust.
